Shipment Tracking
If you would like to track your UPS or FedEx shipment and you know your tracking number, just click on the logos above and it will take you right to their tracking info. Then if you do not know your tracking information, simply call Cap Morrill's 1-800-633-0800 and we can track your package for you or give you the tracking information for UPS or FedEx.Priority Overnight Delivery
All Cap Morrill's seafood is delivered next-day air. We can ship same day orders if we receive them by 12:00 noon EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day. Cap Morrill's has a special contract with Federal Express and UPS which allows us to ship these big insulated cartons at a reasonable rate. UPS or Federal Express will deliver your lobsters to your door between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Cap Morrill's Seafood recommends someone be home to receive the package. We have waived the signature required on all orders and will not be held responsible if no one is home and the package is left unattended. Seafood left outside the door for an extended period or improperly handled/stored lobsters will not survive.All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 800-633-0800 No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery.
