The mainstay of Downeast Maine. Our rocky coasts are filled with the choicest steamer clams. Steamer Clams are sweet to eat with hot drawn broth and then dipped in savory butter. Just steam them until they pop open and enjoy.

The succulent sweet taste of Maine sweet black mussels is the perfect way to start any lobster dinner. Harvested daily on the Maine Coast, our mussels are a uniform 2 inches each and have a meat to shell ratio of 50%. Yummy when steamed with a little wine and garlic!

Fresh Haddock is a very popular fish, with firm, flaky texture and good flavor. This extremely light and flavorful fish is a favorite in New England. The United States has also developed a love for haddock. Dredging sliced haddock fillets in flour and frying is a popular way to enjoy this delectable fish.

Scallops are an excellent source of protein, vitamins and minerals, and are very low in fat. The meat turns opaque when cooked with a firm, lean texture. Wonderful wrapped in bacon, in kabobs on the grill, pan fried, deep fried, or in a casserole dish. Everyone enjoys fresh sea scallops!

Maine shrimp are famous for their sweet flavor and satisfying texture, certainly versatile and easy to prepare. They may be seasoned and steamed, poached, grilled or sautéed. Serve it as an appetizer or add it to a dish to enjoy in a meal.

Oysters may also be used in a variety of oyster dishes like Oyster's Rockefeller or fried oysters. They are sweet to eat raw with cocktail sauce, hot sauce, lemon or horseradish. Just open them up and dress them the way you like best and enjoy that wonderful oyster liquor.
