Priority Overnight Delivery
All Cap Morrill's seafood is delivered next-day air. We can ship same day orders if we receive them by 12:00 noon EST. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day. Cap Morrill's has a special contract with Federal Express and UPS which allows us to ship these big insulated cartons at a reasonable rate. UPS or Federal Express will deliver your lobsters to your door between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Cap Morrill's Seafood recommends someone be home to receive the package. We have waived the signature required on all orders and will not be held responsible if no one is home and the package is left unattended. Seafood left outside the door for an extended period or improperly handled/stored of lobsters will not survive.All damage claims must be made on day of delivery by calling 800-633-0800 No claims will be honored if not made on day of delivery.
Shipping Costs
All our prices are available online for your convenience. FederalExpress and UPS charge an additional $15 for a Saturday delivery.Delivery may not be available in all areas. Cap Morrill's will call youif there is a problem with Saturday delivery in your area or if yourpackage requires additional shipping costs due to the location.
PLEASE NOTE: Available delivery days are Tuesday through Saturday.
Sunday and Monday deliveries are NOTavailable. Prices for lobsters, lobster tails and lobster packagesinclude overnight shipping and packing. Shipping charges may vary toseafood purchased by the pound in our Seafood & Appetizers usingthe following table:

FPO/APO
Unfortunately, weare unable to deliver food packages to PO boxes, FPO's or APO's;however gift certificates can be sent via US First Class Mail. Wedeliver Cap Morrill's gift packages only in the United States; howevergift certificates may be mailed to other countries (as long as they areredeemed in the US).
Orders' shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is an additional $15 flat chargeand can only be delivered Tuesday through Friday. Orders shipping toAlaska and Hawaii vary in availability. Please call us first to makesure it is a deliverable location.
Pricing Policy
Unpredictable weather and harvest conditions may affect our fresh seafood supplies. To meet your delivery requirements, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Although we make every effort to maintain our current prices, unusually large market swings may cause temporary and/or permanent price adjustments without notice.Delivery
Please be sure to arrange delivery when someone will be available to receive the package. That's why we recommend gift certificates where the recipient can arrange a convenient delivery date. A signature is preferred for all deliveries, however if the recipient doesn't answer the door, the delivery service will leave the package and Cap Morrill�s Inc. can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or spoiled food.Handling Considerations
Your seafood is best-enjoyed day of delivery. If you are unsure of your recipient's plans, we recommend sending a gift certificate. Take your lobsters and place in refrigerator and cover with the seaweed provided until cooking. Lobster will live for 12-24 hours in this environment. Do not immerse lobster in fresh water or allow sitting in melted ice, they will die. Do not remove rubber bands until after lobsters have been cooked. Cooked lobster may also be kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or 5 degrees C for up to two days.We reserve the right to make product substitutions of equal or greater value, if items become unavailable.
Holiday Deadlines
For your order to arrive in time please place your order by December 20 for Christmas and December 28 for New Years. We deliver Cap Morrill's gift packages only in the United States; however gift certificates may be mailed to other countries (as long as they are redeemed in the US).Major holidays and weather conditions may change delivery availability. Call early to place a Christmas Week, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Father's Day order.
